The Brief
Loro is a tech-enabled platform transforming insurance distribution by empowering carriers, MGAs, and brokers to build, launch, and scale digital insurance products with no code required. With early traction and a differentiated pricing model (free up to $100K in GWP annually), Loro reached an inflection point: it needed a sharper story, better design, and a more credible web presence to match its market ambitions.
The Company Advice was brought in to lead a full brand and marketing refresh, from positioning and messaging through design and execution. Our goal was to elevate how Loro shows up to prospective partners, investors, and customers, while staying grounded in the legacy realities of insurance.
